Tutor local quickstart fails with npm timeout

Hello I’m trying to install tutor / openEdx on a fresh Fedora 36 installation.
After typing ‘tutor local quickstart’ I get a timeout error. I have the latest docker/docker-composer installed (as per the directions on the docker website…not from the local fedora repo)
Here’s the message that tutor gives me before it gives up:

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I have had the same error when installing Open Edx using Tutor on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
I installed “node-superagent” as in the following web page:

https://linux-packages.com/ubuntu-kinetic-kudu/package/node-superagent

sudo apt update
sudo apt install node-superagent

After that Tutor has performed the necessary migrations and the local LMS/CMS were accessible.
Hope this will work for you also.
