Tutor local is not running

I upgraded the tutor to 15.0.0 and when I run “tutor local launch”. I’m getting the following error.

OS is window 11 but I installed wsl2 and Ubuntu 22.04
CUP: 2.80GHz
Memory: 16 GB

What is the problem with the docker? I did get it yet.
I have a system with good specs and features.
