Tutor edX AWS “instanceaddress:3737” does not load.

Hello , I have launched Tutor edX AWS marketplace, but web interface on my “instanceaddress:3737” does not load.

I have followed all the instructions from the video How to install Open edX - YouTube

what should i do?
