I can't see course price or access ecommerce

Hello, First of all the documentation says
"

  1. On the Instructor Dashboard, select the E-Commerce page, and then select the Course Price section.
  2. On the right side of the page, select Edit Price."

But i can’t find ecommerce on the instructor dashboard. Second, i have set access roles, course mode and price but i can’t see the price on the course.
