How to add edx-proctoring to tutor

Please let me know is this the correct approach!

Install using this section of the docs: Configuration and customisation — Tutor documentation 2

Then i have to modify the LMS and CMS settings. The recommended approach to do that with Tutor is to create a plugin: Plugins — Tutor documentation 3

I am confuse regarding installing edx-proctoring.
