First step for multiple site installation

Good day to all!
I am new to Tutor and open edX. First, I install Tutor in VirtualBox using the guide from here: Install Tutor — Tutor documentation. Tutor is installed and works great! Thank you!
But now I need to run three Tutor sites on the same server at the same time. Tell me how can I do this? First, how do I make three separate installations?
