ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql' (113)

Hello everyone, I’m trying to run “tutor local launch” but I’m having problems to connect at mysql.

I’ve already tried to stop mysql container and run tutor local launch again, like here.

I’m thinking the problem maybe be little time to connect, like here

But the guy didn’t explain how he solved it
