Connection error in Android app

Hi I generated an apk (tutor android build debug) from a Koa instance on my macOS BigSur machine. I have connection error (“Connection error. Please check your internet connection”) when I register/sign-in through an Android emulator (apkonline.net). I tried other apk (not tutor) and it is OK. Appreciate inputs on how to go about this. Thanks.

Please try after registering the application with the following grant type.

Go to yourdomain/login?next=/_o/applications/register/
* Client ID: Your android client ID 
* Client secret: Your android client secret 
* Client type: Public
* Authorization grant type : Resource owner password-based
