“Certificates” missing in Django admin. Help me, please

Good afternoon. I configured lms.env.json and cms.env.json files by adding
FEATURES:
{ …CERTIFICATES_HTML_VIEW: true,
CERTIFICATES_INSTRUCTOR_GENERATION: true, … }.
In the studio there is “Settings - tab Certificates”, and in the Instructor dashboard there is also a tab “Certificates too”, I generate a certificate but an error occurs (screen below)

Django admin is missing the Site Administration > Certificates tab, the link https://myorganization/admin/certificates/certificatehtmlviewconfiguration/ gives a “Page not found” error.

Tell me how to fix it.

P.S. info about my Open edX - bitnami-edx-ironwood.2-12-linux-debian-10-x86_64

Hi @Guren!

Unfortunately this forum is only for Tutor installations running the latest version of Open edX; currently, that’s Maple. I’m afraid it’s going to be very difficult for you to find support for this release that was outdated two years ago.
