Azure mysql active connection are less

Hi,

We are trying performance load testing for 2k users to submit the pbm blocks and retrieve it for each vertical blocks.
We scaled lms and lms worker to max 10 pods but active connections in azure MySQL is ~50 though we have 1365 available max connections. Not sure what stopping to acquire more connections. CON_MAX_AGE is 0.
