Amazon EC2 Management Console not loading

Hello everyone! I have launched the Tutor edX from AWS marketplace, but unfortunately the web interface on my “instanceaddress:3737” does not load.

I have followed all the instructions from the video:

  • I have configured my dns correctly, both the A and CNAME entries
    *I have checked on dnschecker.org and they are pointing to the correct IP

Any ideas?

Did you check the logs? Are you seeing any specific errors? Do you have TLS turned on, and if so did you generate certs?
