Hi, I set it up the certificate, however, after the student pass the graded exam, he still can’t be able to see the “view certificate” or generate the cert by himself.

Isn’t there a “deliver certificates for all students” kind of button somewhere? It’s been a while since I last used certificates in Open edx, but I seem to remember that all certificates are delivered for all students at once.
@chikiuso did you find a solution? I did see on openedx a command for manage.py that will generate all certificates for students for a course that are not generated yet
