Thanks for the follow-up.
I doubted that this feature was due for depreciation. It is not much used and comments in the edx forum can give a sense of that. I don’t use it neither, and I would suggest to take it off (De-defaulting it) in the next release of Tutor without having to wait for depreciation. (School is back is a few weeks and every thing has to work as a charm 
)
