When we disable the forum by setting:
tutor config save --set RUN_FORUM=false
and start tutor by tutor k8s quickstart, the forum-job still going to be executed by creating cs_comments_service.
Why this job run while we turned the forum off?
Hi @CodeWithEmad! It is currently not possible to disable the forums. The RUN_FORUM config flag was designed to allow you to run the forum service on a different server. A proper solution to this problem would be to extract the forum feature from Tutor-core and move it to a separate plugin.
