Development Environment Setup

There are two reference in the tutor documentation that I found related to setting up a development environment.

  1. (suggests tutor local quickstart with ‘n’ to production)
  2. (suggests pip install -r requirements/dev.txt after a clone of tutor)

Both are having different set of steps. Unknown that which one is to be used.

Please help.

This section of the docs is for hacking into the internals of tutor itself.

This is the section you want if you want to hack into Open edX.
